Anyone else have an induction stove? I’ve cooked with gas for years and the new place we bought has induction. I’m struggling with it.
Yeah you can get hot in a hurry, but the low and medium ranges are a struggle for me. So used to controlling the flame. I literally can’t cook rice correctly on this thing.

My dad had one. You just have to keep playing with it until you figure it out.
To cook rice just get the water boiling, cover it and turn it on the lowest setting and set the timer for 20 minutes. Works like a charm for me.
