I know Traegers are frowned upon by some but I’ll be damned if they don’t make a fantastic roasted chicken. Cooked up about 13 pounds of juicy birds yesterday. Enjoying the leftovers with a cold Modelo and shot of blanco tequila. Life is good.

Recently hosted my son's HS grad party and I smoked the meat. Made my best brisket to date. Also smoked 4 pork butts but didn't get any photos of those.
