I'm looking at a Camp Chef. Woodwind 24 Wifi. Seems to be highly rated and a better price than a Traeger. No but I want one...
My buddy has a Traeger, he loves it.
I see smaller camp chef's on sale from time to time, and at some point I'm gonna crack just to mess with it.
Well, as they say, only one way to find out.I'm looking at a Camp Chef. Woodwind 24 Wifi. Seems to be highly rated and a better price than a Traeger.
I know this is not quite what this thread is about, but didn't feel like starting a new food thread and thought this one would be the best place to post this graphic.

So, some recent stuff.
Top 2 a ragu improvised with the protein as country pork ribs and beef short ribs. 3.5 hours bone in. Pasta attachment doing its thing.
Next 2 is a pork butt (8 hours plus crutch, it was a Wednesday, sue me) plus rolls for the sammich part in my $1 roman cooker/cloche. I need a little work getting them lighter, also they were about 25% too big so I am going to see if I can fit 3 across in two rows the other direction a bit smaller. That said, I am pleased with my first effort there.
