The Walking Dead (Official Thread)

So, that would mean that the whole mystery-pantry funeral home was a cannibal trap. That whole thing and the way that the zombie rush that split Beth and Darryl up was so staged and then she was conveniently abducted never made any sense to me. The trap theory clears some of that up.

For being such a central character....where the fuck has Rick been this season? Not that I'm complaining...

After the mid-season finale, agreed. I guess I am ok with him playing a reduced role in this half of the season if they would have developed characters better that I actually give a shit about (for the most part anyways, though I did enjoy about half of this half of the season). I think they wanted to emphasize Carl's adaptation to everything that's happened recently in relation to his father. Not an entirely boring arch imo after he had to shoot his own mother and think that his baby sister (the only potential silver lining to his mother's death) is dead before he is even a teenager.

I agree, and I didn't exactly "hate" this season...I mean, not enough happened to really hate it. But if they do something douchy like kill of Michonne, who they would then have wasted hours of content developing a backstory on while ignoring characters like Rick, only to off her, then I will hate this season.

So, on the Walking Dead's Facebook page they posted this:

So, there goes the theory that they're having Beth for dinner. Can't imagine they would post a spoiler like that before the season finale.

Meh, I kind of look at that as the same as pro wrestling storylines in the internet era...they know people are speculating about it, so they embrace the speculation. I don't think it proves or disproves anything.

I know someone mentioned how pissed they were that Abrams got a van to run that had been sitting there since the apocalypse started. I rewatched it tonight and not only was there a walker in the van, who might have recently turned while using the van, but there was a message on dirt in the windshield that said "Leave Mama Alone"...I am guessing since there has been rain since the apocalypse, that it was recently written on there and the van was in use/had gas put in recently. Every once in awhile they go for logical consistency.

Now that you mention it, I don't think it's rained on the show since season 1 when they were covered in zombie guts lol.
