The Polls (AP, Coaches, & CFP, etc.)

 at Kirby Smart campaigning on SECSPN tonight. “Going toe to toe, down to the wire with the number one team in the country. You can’t tell me that Georgia doesn’t belong in the top 4.”

Kirby, guy, if you didn’t go full retard on a fake punt in which Alabama read you like a fucking book, you might’ve had a shot to win that game you are talking about. Instead, you lost. You also lost your only other meaningful game against LSU who played a pickup game of basketball and lost to Texas A&M. Sorry about your luck, bud.

Ohio State may (most likely) not be that 4th team in. But that doesn’t automatically qualify yourself as a legitimate contender. You lost your two statement games. End of discussion.

Frankly, I’m getting fucking tired of the SEC thumping their chest at the end of every season after being propped up by Alabama. You want teams to take you seriously (Georgia, Florida, etc.)? Play some meaningful Power 5 Non-Conference games. Alabama gets a free pass because the entirety of college football has played catch up with them, but that doesn’t give you pussies the same free pass.

End rant.

Perhaps you should lay off the meth, then.

Iowa 55, Ohio State 24
Purdue 49, Ohio State 20

Thanks for playing, and FFS get rid of that stupid avatar. :roll1:

The notion that we ran a gauntlet as compared to those other teams is bullshit. Put down the feelz and look at the stats.

And, no small matter, none of those teams got blown out by fucking Purdue. :roll1:

Your use of :roll1: is :groove2:

So, was watching SportsCenter to see what shit they'll spout about the playoffs, and the ticker ran the their Playoff Predictor predictions:

Alabama 100%
Clemson 99%
Notre Dame 98%
Ohio State 71%
Oklahoma 26%
Georgia 5%

They might have to revamp the Playoff Predictor algorithms after tomorrow...

Clickbaiting the OSU fans.

Let’s do a blind test and see what three teams you pick. Alabama is obviously in, so take three more teams.

Team A:
1 Loss
W/L against top 25:
3-0
W/L against top 10:
2-0
SOS: 10

Team B:
1 Loss
W/L against top 25:
3-1
W/L against top 10:
0-0
SOS: 15

Team C:
0 Loss
W/L against top 25:
2-0
W/L against top 10:
0-0
SOS:18

Team D:
0 Loss
W/L against top 25:
3-0
W/L against top 10:
1-0
SOS: 28

For shits and giggles.

And for even more fun here are two COMPLETELY random 2 loss teams.

Team A:
2 Losses
W/L against top 25:
3-2
W/L against Top 10:
1-2
SOS: 3

Team B:
2 Losses
W/L against top 25:
2-2
W/L against Top 10:
1-2
SOS: 7

Without googling, pick three from the first group. And for the hell of it, pick one from the second group. (Disclaimer: In no way do either of the second group belong in the discussion, just interesting to compare the two 2-Loss teams.)

A, D and then a slight edge to B. And A from the 2 loss but barely

This year the BCS Championship would make more sense. Would anyone be upset if wen just put Alabama v. Clemson as the championship? They were clearly the two best teams.
were they? Who did Clemson play that makes it clear they're top 2 material? I'll give you Bama, anything after that is just guesswork, because the ACC is trash.

Just want to throw this out since Smart declares an injustice if UGA isn’t in the top 4...

You had a “neutral” home game vs Bama for your conference championship. You lost. You aren’t the champ of your own conference. You don’t get to lose, whine on tv and get another shot. You would be 4 and get Bama again? Immediately after? No.

“We played for best in our conference and lost. Now let us have them for best in the country. It’s only fair. In fact, it would be an INJUSTICE not to!”

And I don’t think the Bucks get in and that’s fine. At least they were conference champs. I didn’t like getting in after not playing in the B1G title game a couple years ago.

It is going to be Bama, Clemson, ND and OU. That is a guarantee. All the debate is a waste at this point.
