The Polls (AP, Coaches, & CFP, etc.)

Get rid of the god damned committee and go back to a completely transparent BCS type formula put in place before the first game is played. And better still, go to eight god damned teams with every P5 champ guaranteed a spot in the playoff.

Need to root for Auburn to lose out and be unranked, then when one-loss bama gets in, it'll be complete and utter sham.

Your 8-team Playoff would be the setup for espn to shill for 3 or 4 SEC teams every year. I don't see that as solving the problem. How about a 6-team Playoff with 5 Power-5 Champs and the last spot for undefeated Notre Dame or the highest of the non-power 5 champions?

Then there's no bias, no eye-test, no computers or rankings except for the selection of the 6th spot, and the pecking order of which two teams get a bye. But if you want in, win your damn conference.

Anything that has special criteria for Notre Dame and no other independents is biased.

Fuck Notre Dame.
