If Pig Soooey played in the Big Ten, they'd be 8-1 right now. South Carolina or Tennessee would win the Big Ten championship every single year. The only reason the SEC doesn't have 14 ranked teams right now is because the committee doesn't want to completely alienate the rest of college football. Everyone instinctively knows that the SEC is light years ahead of everyone else, they just refuse to admit it out loud because of jealousy and cognitive dissonance.

There are some very good points here, because yes, it is a huge disadvantage to the BTN. But I think the power of the established bowls comes from people liking to go South in Winter? I am not immediately seeing how BTN revenue could be used to bring games up North?

Don't mind one bit being number #2. Let LSU be the hunted and get all the accolades that come with it. Also let Joe Burrow fatten up on the Heisman circuit while hearing about that unstoppable SEC offense. I don't know what it is, but this Ohio State team low key feels like one of the most disrespected dominant teams I've seen in awhile. They've been getting a lot of love, no doubt, but nothing compared to say the Bama team last year or 2015.

I love it.

I hate to get too far ahead of myself and start assuming tOSU will win its next 5 games, but apparently the CFP final is in New Orleans? I had almost managed to block it out of my memory, but I do recall the 2008 loss to LSU in New Orleans.

Here's hoping for payback for our last loss to Clemson and our last loss to LSU. That would be sweet.
