THE GAME: ttun @ tOSU, Sat Nov 26, 12pm, FOX

Stroud is the best QB of the group but he seems to be the lead by play not choke you at checkers type. Unlike Barret and Fields he's not going to sell out his body till he's puking blood for the win. That's not to say he doesn't care. But he's not that type of guy
Forget selling out his body. Stroud doesn’t want to run 6 yds and slide to pick up an easy first down. Tom Brady runs more than Stroud.

I’d take Fields over Stroud in a heartbeat.

I think he knows that he needs to unfuck this quickly, which in fairness I think he understood last year regarding the defense. The college football landscape has changed. He's not going to be given the kind of long noose that was given to Cooper. That was a different era, and Cooper benefitted from the ugly public whacking of Earl. Different circumstances all around these days.

Anybody who doesn't want their team in the playoff has their head up their ass. Yeah this team is flawed and I have zero confidence that they would win a semi-final game, but you bet your ass I always want a chance. Plus if that chance is a rematch, give it to me anyday.

I think the COVID year combined with no Heisman or NC clouds things. The further we go down the line though, I think Fields will be seen as the best QB in Ohio State history and likely the first ever to become an NFL star.

Good game (I always say this, win or lose; so not trolling for the new Buckeyes on this forum).

I thought your secondary could be exploited; I just didn't think it would be Michigan doing it. I'm also surprised that Knowles was stubborn with his defense. He didn't change it up and got exploited. It reminds me of Don Brown when you guys blasted us with 62 in 2018.

I was worried about a quick start by OSU. Michigan has been a second half team all year, so OSU missed some opportunities (especially in the redzone) along with not running the ball more often. You guys had success with it, so I'm not sure why you didn't run more in the first half. Michigan just wears on you and the holes opened up with the running game in the second half.

Finally, the discipline just wasn't there. The penalties and unsportsmanlike conduct. I thought we got bailed out with the pass interference call in the end zone. It was pass interreference, but the tacky stuff doesn't need to be called. Other than that, they let both teams play. I was frustrated because our dine was getting held, especially Mazi. But we got away with holds as well. In this game, just let both teams play and don't call the ticky tack shit.

Anyways, see you guys in Ann Arbor for next year. You still have Egbuka, Harrison, and the running backs coming back along with high end talent. So, I don't think this thing is swinging our way yet. There needs to be more of a sample size plus Jimmy may flirt with the NFL.

How does your fanbase feel about the prospect of facing UGA? Honestly curious. Also not trolling.

Thank you for respectfully dropping in.

Yeah. As skeptical of our chances as I will be, I'll still 1000% take that 4-game puncher's chance format.

A lot of "dominos have to fall" for Ohio State to get to #4 in the CFPs, and it probably won't happen.

Well there are a lot of teams that could consider going 11-1 and playing the Ducks in the Rose Bowl a very successful season; however, Ohio State is not one of those teams.

He did it ever since NW which makes it conspicuously absent today. He was standing there for 10 seconds and I was screaming at him to run or throw the ball but just don't stand there and look

Sadly got cheated (literally) out of playing in what would've been an epic NC against Joe in NOLA. I really would've loved to see that game happen.

We were all waiting for that missile attack that would have outmatched the Weasel D. It just was not called. Over the middle all day, just left un-used.

Sticking with a hurt Williams, instead of using Hayden who showed he could hit holes.

These 3 and outs allowed TTUN to wear down our D.

This really falls on Day.

I don't feel good about it to be honest. I feel good about Michigan playing anybody else in the country. Georgia's talent is just too great right now and they can just take your soul on the defensive side of the ball. If Michigan could borrow your skill players and keep our interior, then I would feel a lot better.
