The score speaks for itself, for the 2nd year in a row.. No way to spin it.

Injuries. Suspect play calling. Gaps and bad tackling on D.

I hope Day opens his eyes to the issues. Lots of lineup changes coming and selecting the right QB is the first of many tough decisions.

Too much hype and unable to deliver.

I didn’t read all the posts but it seems to me that the defense although very good this year needs to be dominant. Not calling for heads to roll but coach them up to be better corners, backers and DEs. Sounds simple but… if wish I had a better answer

Also, your fanbase can talk all about how Stetson Bennett sounds like a cologne you buy your boyfriend from CVS. Smells like fresh hayrides and horses.

EDIT: The cologne is bought from CVS. You don't buy the boyfriend from CVS.

That was the beginning of the end right there. Forced the stop. Had great position, then a dumb hold and an even dumber penalty from a guy who should be lucky he sees the field at all.

Killed all positive momentum.

It was, like everything else, overthought.

Day didn't play Hayden because he thought Chip (who was fine) or a 50% at best Miyan gave him more in the running game. It was an abysmal decision in a day full of them by Cooper-Day.
