He's a little different. I think he is relishing his role in that team, so I would not be surprised if he say's fuck it.

However, if he is less than 100% then I don't see how that helps them in the type of game they like to play, which is to soften the D up for the 2nd half, and elongate drives to keep the other O off the field.

I can see Edwards back and their use of more screens and TE passes to make up for Corum.

I'm thinking of the game when Tressel put an extra tackle on the end of the o-line. Eliminated Michigan's best DE (Woodley?) from the potential trouble list. Maybe if Day had thought of that last year...

We aren't the Buckeyes of the Tressel and Meyer years. We just aren't going to over power them. For better or worse. We have to do what UGA did, and just embarrass them with speed. We can't play their power game and win. I think we have tried the extra lineman thing, and it sucked.

We have to own that we just aren't made to overpower the other team, but that's ok, because we are better suited to match up against elite SEC teams than they are.

I hope Day and Wilson have keyed in on the UGA game. That's how you destroy those turds.

There were a couple times Tress did that.

01' - when we needed to ride the workhorse that was Johnathan Wells and to take away Cato June.

05' - I'm pretty sure it was a frosh Alex Boone playing that role, yes, to neutralize Woodley.

Why I decided to work any day this week is beyond me. Ain’t happening.

Kill them and leave no doubt. Hang 800. I want them to crawl back to the bus and cry the entire way back to that dumpster fire in AA. I want Brutus to play the drums with JJ’s bones after JT rips them from his body.

For those worried about the weather forecast, I already checked it for you… it shows nothing but a 100% chance of pain for them.
