I know 02' vaulted us to the Title Game, I know 06' is the biggest game in the history of the series.... but this 05' matchup is still my all time favorite.

-Troy really validated his abilities as a Wolverine slayer and that it wasn't just a one time fluke.
-Team rallied to erase a 2 score deficit, ripping scUM's heart out on their field.
-The Catch
-Carp breaking his leg and crying on the sidelines is, IMHO, the epitome of what The Game means to players. You don't see grown dudes crying for no damn reason.
-Hawk going out a winner
- Mid 2000's, best time to be alive for a teenager. We had it all back then, but just never realized how damn good it was until it was gone.

To finish the analysis though, you have to ask about tsun’s flaws. They have less talent man for man. They are completely one dimensional and their best player got hurt today. They do not have a great QB. Their defense has good stats but hasn’t seen anything like Harrison, Stroud and company. They are also on the road against an opponent who has taken 15 of the last 17 meetings and are pissed off and looking for revenge.

There is a lot to be concerned about from their side. More so than on the OSU side imo.

This part cannot be stated enough. Remember these are 18-22 year old, high-testosterone, mentally developing athletes who usually just show up and crush the other teams. Last season made this game real to most of them. None of them had ever lost to that team before and now they know why it absolutely sucks so badly. This entire season has been spent to be better prepared for The Game. THIS game. As the season has gone on and we were obliterating everyone it was easy to lose focus on the task at hand and as the schedule has gotten tougher, the games have looked different. Add in injuries and a little turbulence and they have some real flaws that can be exposed now. However, the focus for this week, which started in summer in my opinion, is now in the forefront and we can gather our strength. The only thing that makes this harder is the injuries that have been said would be the only thing to derail this team.

They will look different on Saturday. TTUN will come to play but they will find a supremely focused opponent in Ohio Stadium. Once the adrenaline wears off, for the coaches too, we'll settle in and execute better than we have all season. This moment has seriously been a foregone conclusion since we saw them winning big also. Now it's about to be ON.

That’s a coincidence. Im watching The Game 2016 and JT Barrett just kept the ball on 4th down, and the refs are going to a video review of The Spot.
