ESPN'S COLLEGE GAMEDAY TO BE IN ANN ARBOR FOR SHOWDOWN BETWEEN OHIO STATE AND MICHIGAN​

In case there were any doubts, Ohio State and Michigan's showdown in Ann Arbor next week is the destination of choice for top college football TV programs.

ESPN's College GameDay announced on-air Saturday that it will be heading to Michigan's campus for the likely top-three battle and game to decide the Big Ten's East Division.

FOX's Big Noon Kickoff will also be in attendance for the contest.

Ohio State and Michigan will kick off at noon on FOX Nov. 25.

I wanted to take a minute from the unbridled schadenfreude we are all overdosing on from watching the bukkake of comeuppance unloaded on the DFBIA these past few weeks to make sure we don’t miss a milestone.

The Game, as we have all known it up to this point in our lives, is over. Yes, we will still play tsun and yes, it will still be called The Game, but this is the last time it will be the end of season-all or nothing pinnacle that we have all experienced. An expanded conference, no divisions and an expanded playoff mean rematches and as soon as there is a rematch, The Game isn’t the same as it was before.

The Game has been a much larger than rational or healthy part of my life for decades. As long as warm blood flows through my hate-ice encrusted heart I’ll wish nothing but evil on those arrogant cheating bastards. Until They Quit the Fucking Sport has been my mantra for a long time now.

I know it’s the same for most of us. I don’t have to tell anyone here how much more than a football game this is. It’s a ritual. It’s good vs evil the same time every year. So, in a way, it’s like saying this is the last Thanksgiving.

It’s surreal to me and I’ve made sure my son understands this is it. It will never be the same again. It could get better, it could be worse, but it will certainly be different. Just think about that this week. My trigger finger is getting itchy to fire the opening shots of this one last glorious Hate Week but as we’re reveling in it, soak it in even more. It's the last one like it.

God. Damn. Losing is NOT an option in this one, or you'll never hear the end of it from the weasels. We have the chance to make things right, at least for the time being, with this cheating bullshit by burying those fucks next week.

I haven't been this amped in a long time, and I don't think I've wanted one THIS bad since 06'.

My first real memory of The Game was '95. I was 7, and still know how to spell Biakabutuka for no good god damn reason other than it being burned into my adolescent subconscious because my baby brain couldn't comprehend what was happening other than bad stuff. At the start of this season, I didn't think the stakes of this year's Game could be any higher. After what has transpired the past month, we have reached heights unfathomable in this rivalry (for me), with respect to the great history many of us have experienced.

In 7 days time, as I come out of my turkey coma and drunken stupor, it will be as it has been for over a century. Good vs. Evil. Right vs. Wrong. Ohio against the World. There can be no other outcome. The men of scarlet and gray must bring balance back to the Universe. Our honor defend. Go Bucks.
