Same thing it means most other places: "completely acceptable, but with the pretense of being unhappy about it". If they're going to get serious about consequences here, I think Lewan needs to issue a statement in which he "takes full responsibility for his actions".

Yeah he really pumpkined himself by trying to rip Sparty's collective heads off. Had he been able to stigle his failure induced rage fits for s couple more weeks, he may have been able to get away with some shit against tOSU. Possibly even gotten a DL of ours in trouble for retaliation. No way the B1G refs can not keep both eyes on him during The Game now.

Rich Rod could be tough. He nailed my head to the floor once. It wasn't his fault, I had it coming to me. So, yes, Rich Rod was tough, but everyone feared Hoke... he used ... sarcasm!

Middle of the week and I find it hard to believe that after Lewan's repeated face mask violations were spotlighted and commented upon to a regional TV audience not one peep has been heard from the NCAA, the Big Ten or U of M.

Well, if Hoke represents scUM, and as HC I'd think he does...he said it was "unacceptable" but "doesn't believe it warrants a suspension." In what world grabbing a prone player's facemask and torquing it around doesn't warrant a suspension, I'm not sure. And that wasn't an isolated incident from Mr. Lewan in that game.
