I dislike that there is the factor that we won't get the respect due even if we win. You will hear idiot figureheads continuously go over their opinion that those guys shouldn't have played at all. The only way we get the respect due is to not play them and still win... unlikely... but that would be the only way. My opinion.... play em and win the game.

TP has a history of taking his game to a higher level when he feels picked on or doubted, so I'm thinking, if his head is on straight he will play with a special fire in the Sugar Bowl. :biggrin:
And you just know Boom will play with "redemption" in mind! Love the kid!

Business like and focused. The team doesn't need any more pub before the game.

Wide receiver Dane Sanzenbacher said he and his fellow seniors know their role in focus management while the team is here in New Orleans.


"It's on the older guys to make sure that everybody knows that we're there to play the game and not to get distracted with all the other things going on," Sanzenbacher said. "Obviously, it's a town that has a lot of other distractions going on. It's a fun town, but at the end of the day we have to make sure we're focused on what we're there to do."

He has mentioned the distractions being a key thing for this team. Dane is one to keep things on track and keeping a football in sight. Have fun in the bowl game and keep noses clean after the win. :oh:
