hCG doesn't produce "more" testosterone, rather it tricks the body into thinking the hypothalamus and pituitary glands are both still working. Normally, those shut themselves off when you take testosterone supplements, because the body compensates for the elevated testosterone levels by not producting anymore (shut down the hypothalamus, which therefore shuts down the pituitary, which in turns shuts down the testes). By using hCG to elevate all the other chemicals in tandem with the testosterone increase, the testes don't shut down (e.g., You don't suffer tiny-balls from roiding up).

As long as the conversation stays with innuendo and there aren't any Deadspin/Santonio Holmes style lewd photos showing that MannyWOOD was, in fact, a flop.
