Spring Weight Loss Drive

if you can; try not to steam your vegetables - takes all the nutrients out. Stay the hell away from concentrate juices (lots of sugar) and coffee.

Pork, Natural fats, seriously; Well cooked pork chops are a great thing. - Red skinned potatoes are good for quick burning carbs. Skim Milk and water need to be your best friends. And instead of eggs, try some oatmeal/fruit combo in the morning. Use butter and not margarine; Breakfast is essential to losing weight in a decent manner.

I need to lose some weight. I know there's some great minds on this board. I've been eating tilapia, grilled chicken, eggs, sugar free jello, low fat pudding, veggies and fruits. Any other high quality healthy foods I've been missing?

I got water down. It's my 20+ carry a game beverage. I like green tea, crystal light and occasionally diet soda. I try to avoid any beverage that has calories.

If your trying to lose weight? That can be a slightly different story, however opinion is beginning to sway.

Your better off eating the whole egg next time bud. - if your separating whites, it better for a cake mixture.


I would also like to say, if you do get down to a desirable weight; you can replace juices (namely concentrate) with chocolate milk; stick with skim milk though; if not chocolate soy milk - great stuff.

and before you fight me on that one, intelligent people have been doing it for years. in fact, I'll drink chocolate milk anyday of the week over Soda, coffee, juice etc.
