Pork, Natural fats, seriously; Well cooked pork chops are a great thing. - Red skinned potatoes are good for quick burning carbs. Skim Milk and water need to be your best friends. And instead of eggs, try some oatmeal/fruit combo in the morning. Use butter and not margarine; Breakfast is essential to losing weight in a decent manner.
