Spring Weight Loss Drive

Did anyone see the Biggest Loser last night?

I don't really watch the show but caught the last 10 minutes and the guy that won looked absolutely unreal!!

Couldn't believe how much different he looked!

Went from 407 to 193.

I watched it off and on. All 3 finalists looked really great compared to what they started at. The fourth finalist didn't weigh in because she blew her shot at 250 g's by getting pregnant lol

That sucks bro, I pretty much quit losing when I got to about 225. I will admit though, that I am still trying not to gain weight, I am not trying very hard to lose anymore. Maybe over the winter I will try again. I wanted to get down to about 200.

Scale says 214. Have lost some winter weight, but have to work on 6-7 pounds.
And this while doing 80-90 miles a week on the bicycle!
Look pretty good in my clothes which is a good sign.
Eating too much?

Eating too much and not making time for exercise with the job. I am now getting up at 5 AM to be at the gym at 5:30 for a workout before the workday begins.

One of my coworkers put on 40 pounds when he started, lost it all and has now put 60 back on.

Those working out and drinking "energy" drinks should know that those drinks have lots of salt in them and will hold water in your body causing weight gain.
Don't drink them when your not exercising!
Drink water.
