That's great keep up the good work. I'm also down 23lbs since Jan. I have twenty more to go to reach my first goal. May 12th is coming quick. I have to push it harder in the gym during aprili'm down to 253 this morning, down a total of 26lbs so far.
Well, while many of you are trying to lose weight, I'm trying to gain some.
I'm a measly 145 pounds...was 155 before I got sick a month ago.
When I don't lift, I lose weight down to 145 regardless of what I eat. When I do lift, I max out at 155.
I'm perfectly in shape for my weight, benching more than I weigh.
