Here's food for thought. tOSU is likely better on the DL this year. This should even things out a bit. Meanwhile, it's also likely that USC will see some sort of dip in QB production, at least early. Thus POTENTIALLY allowing more keying on the running game. I'm not saying that's definitely going to happen, but it's quite possible.

I do. Line up and rattle a true freshman quarterback, force him to make bad decisions. Force USC to have to run the ball. Stack the box and let the crowd be your ally. I'm telling you man, this is going to be a rowdy fucking environment. Lots of big game frustration is being brought in to this one by every OSU fan in the seats.

I tried that and I guess it didn't work. Mine was a bit more tongue in cheek. Repped anyhow for the backup.

In the past two weeks we've caught two very big breaks....

1) first they name a true freshman starting quarterback

and

2) RoJo is out for our game.

What that should immidiately signal to me if I'm Heacock or anyone on the OSU staff is the passing game is going to be pretty basic and no where near the threat of the running game. If we don't come after a freshman QB, and one that's missing a top target I will throw my arms up in frustration. Stop the run and win the game. IT. IS. THAT. SIMPLE.

In B arkleys senior year, he had no one to throw to. I believe the top receiver was only a soph.
If you seen them play, they were terrible compared to past teams.
