I agree. If they aren't in on any of the "watch what I can get him to do next" bets then most reasonably sane and normal human beings are going to be put off with a guy who has the personality issues that Harbaugh does.

We've got one that lives on our road. Everyone knows he has a condition so they try to be nice and understanding but then the inevitable confrontation occurs and everyone is ready to shoot his ass if he gets off his leash.

Oh, yeah, I can't imagine anybody talking to this cretin and saying "yep, that's our guy." I'm sure they chose a virtual interview because they don't want him dragging mud into their headquarters with his cleats after he spends the hour before the interview stomping through the muddy field behind the building looking for his baseball.

You under estimate the NFLs ability to go full retard when hiring coaches. This is a league that loves recycling and bringing in coaches that have already proven to be shit.

Yeah, I think there's two camps. The first are those, like the Vikings guy, who had to put up with his shit in SF. They're in it for the kicks of yanking this simpleton's chain for public spectacle. I do believe that there's another camp though that is willing to take this mongoloid seriously.

Denver definitely seems to fit in the 2nd category.

They probably look at his 49ers resume and say "look this guy can win!" while completely ignoring the mess that ended with there because they are desperate to win again. Since they won the SB in 2015 they've tanked into the ground losing 10+ games in 5/7 seasons.
