This is stunning. A supposed major D1 program, looking to overhaul its offensive identity, didn't even interview the guy the hired to do it. They just assumed bammer's success was his doing and he would waltz in and work magic on a severely dysfunctional unit. Could you imagine a major fortune company hiring a guy that was an accountant for another company to be it's CFO with no interview or any other type of vetting? Good Lord. :lol:
