Yeah, plus it was free.

Got the game about two weeks ago. Got some of the DLC too. Metallica pack is rough on Expert Guitar, as is Working Man by Rush. I was able to beat Working Man, but I haven't figured out how to conserve star power well enough for the Metallica stuff. Plus I'm still trying to get adjusted to the Rock Band Guitar, since I don't have a 360 GH Guitar.

Just got Rockband used. It's pretty damn sweet. Me and my Girlfriend played it for a couple hours. While the set of songs is pretty nice I just kept thinking there are about a million songs I can't believe aren't available. Do they add to the list of songs very often? So many good classic rock songs that just seem to be missing. :( Still a lot of fun though.

Harmonix has revealed the next batch of downloadable content for Rock Band, giving you something to look forward to for next week. They?re taking a step back to the 80?s (and half a step back to the 70?s) with the new Classic Rock Track Pack, which will feature these three songs:

?Call Me? by Blondie (master)
?Simple Man? by Lynyrd Skynyrd (master)
?Message in Bottle? by the Police (master)

Motley Crue Still Alive, Releasing New Song Via Rock Band DLC

Can't let the competition get one up on you! After Def Leppard announced last week that one of their new songs will be debuting in Guitar Hero III, Motley Crue have today been wheeled out by the Rock Band camp, with news that their latest single, "Saints of Los Angeles", will be premiering not on the radio or TV but as a piece of Rock Band DLC. I'm trying to get excited over this, but really, wheeling out new stuff from these decaying old bands really doesn't do it for me. I want "Kickstart my Heart", not some new, inevitably-rubbish song.

Remind me to never play the versus mode again. I just beat a kid 4 straight times and you could actually hear the disappointment in his voice, followed by "What song do you want to play? You're going to crush me no matter what I pick."

I feel like shit. :lol:

He needs to pick Iron Maiden, "Run to the Hills". Iron Maiden wants some revenge for all the shit you have been talking about them. :biggrin:
