Hey he got the job done and only put one runner on base. It would be nice to see him rebound from a shaky first half. Definitely a great way to start the second half of the season

Quality start for Easy E. Striking out nine over six innings and allowing only one ER. His fastball is overpowering and that change up is just dirty. Definitely great to have him back in the rotation.

All the different trade scenarios for improving the reds out there, how about we get a decent back up for Rolen? Considering the amount of work the guy gets to keep Rolen fresh it sure as hell seems we could do better than fucking Cairo without giving away too much.

if anything, I think this team needs a bonafide leadoff hitter.
Phillips is doing ok, but he's a better two hole guy. Cabrera is an 8 hole guy being shoe-horned into the leadoff or 2nd position in the lineup.
