RB TreVeyon Henderson (Official Thread)

He looked so anxious to get in the game yesterday after he was pulled. No doubt if the game was in doubt he plays. I wonder what 20 carries a game looks like for him.

What is so cool with his game is he's similar to Zeke in that he runs through contact and always falls forward. Turns a ton of 3 yard runs into 6 or 7 and then obviously if he has a crease it's a house call from anywhere on the field. In other words he doesn't look for the home runs but just stays patient and when the opportunity comes he rarely misses.
He doesn't have Zeke's pile pushing power but Zeke had an extra year in the program to gain that strength. So it could come next year. Which if it does watch out cause he's got everything

I’m most looking forward to when he improves his already deadly long speed like JK did. At first, JK was more quick than fast. By year 3, he was blazing fast.

“No. I don't think that,” Schiano said when asked about Ohio State not being one dimensional giving Rutgers problems. "I think the guys that were doing it -- right? Like early in the year, Number 32, he was getting touches, so was everybody else. Well, you know what, when I say you're finding your stride, they figured out this is our guy. He's pretty darn good. They have those wide outs, well, they know they're really good. We were a couple inches from a few plays, but it doesn't matter. When they get the ball in their hand, they're not only very good receivers, they're extremely talented ball carriers that are very fast.

lmao 9.4 ypc that’s hilarious
I always come back to... can any team handle a full game (20+carries) of TH? Tulsa got the full dose and almost gave up a OSU record for their effort.

Seriously can someone take 20+ carries of this kid while also stopping our passing game? Tulsa chose to deal with the air game and concede to TH. Can any team stop both?

I don't think the only question is can any team stop 20+ carries of TH. But can teams take 20+ carries from TH, while also having to handle another 20+ carries from the likes of Williams, Teague and/or Crowley? And then still have to worry about the passing game.
