Do you wish for him to come back even if he'd like to go pro at this point?BUCKYLE;1368324; said:It's not selfish to wish that he chooses to stay. If that's what he wants to do, then how is it selfish for me to want that?

A completely blown out knee takes about a year to rehab, and then your ready to go, and that's about as bad as it gets. The risk of coming back is not nearly what it used to be, even 15 years ago.

the question is whether he'd miss the current nfl bargaining agreement and the outlandish signing bonuses (which they're trying to reduce) if he doesn't go pro this spring. They don't make insurance policies for that.daddyphatsacs;1368562; said:Plus they can take out insurance on themselves. It helps alleviate any kind of injury worry IMHO.

Hello, Heisman.

I don't know if I agree about the sitting out thing, but I agree about thinking he's gone. I've already figured that I'm just going to have to resign myself to a Beanieless Buckeyes next year, and look forward to Boom, and some of the Young 'uns coming on board. That being said he comes back, I may need to depends b/c I will pee and/or crap my pants right on the spot of hearing that announcement. Whether it's the final game or not, I want to see Beanie stiff Arm himself some Longhorn arse, just for shits and giggles.BuckeyeMike80;1368616; said:Until I hear the man say it himself I can only think he's gone and honestly if Ohio State had won 1 of the 2 previous NC games I'd wonder if, for his sake, sitting out this game so there is no chance of a Willis McGahee type injury occurring.....
