I'm getting a feeling that Beanie has one for the ages in The Game. Just one of those games that go down in Buckeye lore forever.

Yes he has.mross34;985275; said:Has Wells fumbled yet this year?
Additionally, to me it seems silly that there's this Heisman buzz for Boeckman when Beanie is the driving force behind this offense. I don't know if I'd trade him for any other back in the country.

as shitty as Clarett was off the field, I think he was better on the field.. but Clarett only had one season as an 18 year old. Would be interesting to see Clarett his sophmore year as many we're predicting heisman
Wells may very well be better, but not 'far better' IMO at least

With hopeful eyes, Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio watched Oct. 20 as Ohio State tailback Chris "Beanie" Wells hobbled around during warm-ups.
Wells had been something of an enigma to that point, showing flashes of big-time potential but also fighting a chronically painful ankle.
"I didn't know if he was going to play; that's how bad he was hobbling," Dantonio said. "But once he got loosened up, I guess it kicked in, and he played very well."
Wells ran for 221 yards against the Spartans, the start of a three-game roll for the sophomore. He followed with 133 yards at Penn State, and 169 yards and three touchdowns last week against Wisconsin.
