RB Chris "Beanie" Wells (All B1G, All-American)

Over/Under on Beanie's rush attempts this Saturday: 15

With the mortgage on the line, do you take the Over or the Under?

I'm in no hurry to bet the house, but I'd take the under.
Over/Under on time remaining when he leave the game not to return: 25 minutes (10 minutes left in the 3rd quarter).

I'd take the Under on that too.

Beanie will play three series max, most likely two, especially if we score two TDs on those first two drives. Mo Wells will then come in for most of the rest of the first half, with Saine getting his first collegiate carry in the middle portion of the second quarter. It'll then be Mo and Brandon the entire second half, with possibly a walk-on RB or two getting some token carries (Herron won't be let in, to preserve his redshirt).

I'll take the over 15 on that bet all day. We'll probably get 3 possessions in the first quarter which means only 5 carries per possession. Unless he breaks some really long ones that should be easy. I also don't think he plays the second half but will get his 150+.

No way. This will be like the Kent State game back in 2002...IIRC Clarett played only 2-3 series before Ross, Hall, and the kid from Cali that later transferred had all the carries for the rest of the game.

JaJa Riley? I think the game will be similar, but we probably won't throw much the first few series I'm guessing. I also don't expect us to punt within the first 3 series of the game. Where's the Vbet? Also thats four backs mentioned. Will Tressel burn Herron's redshirt during this game? I say no which means unless they clean out the bench of walk-ons, Wells gets a few more carries. It'll be close. Gimme some odds.

My guess is 12-15 carries. He'll play 2 series, get 4-5 carries per series, then leave. Begining of 2nd quarter, if the score is within a touchdown, he'll start the next series. He'll get another 4-5 carries that series. But I don't think he'll be in the game, as the score will already be 10+ points in Ohio State's favor. He'll start the 2nd half, get a couple of carries, but only on short yardage deals. If all goes as I think it will, he'll be out, and Mo Wells will end up leading the team in attempts (but not yards).

I would bet big vCash that the Bucks DON'T score a TD on both of their first two possessions.

But, I'd call Beanies # of carries at 14, which would obviously be under. By the way, wasn't there a poll on this yesterday? I bet on the 12-15 category.
