I would bet big vCash that the Bucks DON'T score a TD on both of their first two possessions.

I am going to take the over on this one. I and I would also bet that we dont score on both of our first 2 drives.

No way we don't score. In fact, I'll call our first play from scrimmage if we recieve the opening kickoff: Play action fake to Beanie and Boeckman hits Hartline on a fly or deep post...

whatever the case, OSU wins by a landslide. Beanie will play the first half and have 100 yards. Mo will run the third quarter and Insane will mop it up int he fourth.

They will play first team the entire 1st half.

MY CALL 1st Play from Scimmage...RUN BEANIE UP THE MIDDLE! 2nd play - BEANIE RIGHT 3rd Play BEANIE LEFT. and so on and so on and so on ...to infinity(and throw a pass every few downs or so). This non repeating sequence will be the key to every victory this year.

Just to make sure my post was clear, I'm stating that we don't score a TD on BOTH of our first two drives. We could get a TD and a FG, two FGs, or a TD and a punt... you get the point.

Mililani, if you're correct with your prediction, I could still be right with mine too.

I'd place a vBet on the Buckeyes having less than 14 points after 2 offensive possessions... but I don't know how to do it.

Wells worked out like no other Buckeye

OSU expects big, big things from talented tailback after summer of extra effort.

COLUMBUS ? Ohio State strength coach Eric Lichter normally left players panting and dragging during his summer conditioning program. But running back Chris "Beanie" Wells always felt after one of those arduous sessions as if he were just getting started.
The 6-foot-1, 230-pound sophomore staged his own version of two-a-days in the offseason, working out with the team's veterans at 6 a.m. and, after a break for lunch and classes, returning in the afternoon for another round with the younger players.

I think we'll see something similar to what happened early to LSU last night. They were having issues scoring early but ended up steamrolling.

Agree...seemed like 98% of LSU's points came off turnovers...I didn't feel like their offense looked that great though. Hopefully our offense looks great and our defense looks better than great.

It would be nice to see Beans get 15-20 carries just to get him in a rhythm for the season.

All not Wells with OSU offense

COLUMBUS Minutes after walking off the field for the first time this season, Ohio State was digesting the snack it just had. Beating FCS, formerly Division I-AA, Youngstown State, didn't have the beef the Buckeyes needed to be tested.

Then again, at least they ate what was on their plate.

Anyone else thinking Akron's in big trouble this week against Beanie? He's playing against his hometown school, he had a bad week (for him) last week, the other two backs did well.....

Akron's in big trouble!
