QB/WR Braxton Miller (B1G POY, National Champion, OSU HOF)

He needs to work on one major thing I think in the offseason. Prediction. It seems he holds on to the ball until the receiver is wide open. He needs to learn when the receiver will actually be open and throw based off of that.

In general, anything that makes him hold on to the ball too long.

I agree with this and also think that he needs to work on running up field when no one is open rather than moving backwards in the pocket and getting sacked for big losses.

It's really a combination of the two things I guess- he sits too long because he waits for people to be open instead of anticipating when they will be open (especially against the blitz) and when no one is open his instinct seems to be to start moving backwards in the pocket rather than just looking for a lane and taking off.

I can't get the image of some middle age Buckeye fan decked out in a shiny silver suit singing some version of "Beauty School Drop Out" to Brax. (Which one of you fuckers looks like Frankie Valli?)

Sorry, gotta laugh to keep it in perspective sometimes.

According to this Miller is staying.....

http://www.cbssports.com/collegefoo...axton-miller-to-return-ryan-shazier-to-go-pro

There's good news and bad news, Ohio State.

The good news is that Braxton Miller will be returning to Columbus for his senior season in 2014, as a source told CBSSports.com's Jeremy Fowler that Miller has already informed Ohio State coaches of his plans. Which means the Buckeyes will get the leader of their offense back, and we know at least one of the names that will be mentioned as a Heisman candidate next season.

The bad news is that the leader of the Buckeyes defense won't be back, as Ohio State announced on Saturday night that linebacker Ryan Shazier will enter the NFL Draft.
