I personally am willing to bet that Troy Smith is permanently done. Haven't we all learned from the Mo clarrett story. "He is suspended but we will apply for his return." The initial rumor was "troy Smith off the Team" yet we can only accept the half of it, we will get the rest of the penalty later so it's not too much to handle all at once.
