Not in the slightest . I've made plenty of stupid decisions and I am thankful I didn't destroy my life or the lives of others in those actions. My stupidi actions in no way make another's acceptable. Drinking and driving is not a joke, ask Oklahoma state and thousands of others.

If I remember correctly, that was because his girlfriend attacked him, and he requested that she leave the premises. This was when he was on the 'stroller' due to his ankle. Let's not rush to judge when we don't have all the information.

This literally makes no sense. So if someone beats you up and you call the police you shouldn't be a captain?

Since he's under 21 it's possible he blew over the legal 0.02 with as little as two beers. I don't believe for one second that anyone would call a cab after two beers.
