Absolutely not. Classic case of supposed experts drooling over arm strength without taking any of the mental part of the position into account.
If that's the case, then why isn't Cardale mentioned as much? He has the supposed positive you mentioned: arm strength, and the same negative mentioned: mental part of the position

Well braxton has been a starting QB at the highest level of CFB for 3 years. Is he the best at reading coverages? No. But I wouldn't trust Marshall to do anything but a trick play pass.
So outside of starting previous games, there's no difference. As neither can read defenses and have only been used on trick plays or wildcat formations. Neither has thrown a pass this year and is a running threat in the red zone and is only required to throw the ball a short distance
