But I don't think TSUN will match what LSU is paying him, so I don't see it happening.
True, but 2/3rds of what he's making now is still more than 0% of what he's making now. DB can promise him a minimum of 4-years job security, which is more than LSU can offer.

There are two things that have to go into Miles's decision:

1) He's pretty damn unappreciated at LSU
2) The Michigan job is open right now

I hope they hire Les Miles. Then we can kick the shit out of him for the next 4 years too:)

Which is why if they want Les he should ask for at least 5-6 years. Rebuilding that clusterfuck is going to take time especially for someone that hasn't shown that he has the ability to build a program from nothing.

Personally I think Fitzgerald would be a great hire for Michigan. I don't think they'll do it, but he understands the Big Ten.....and probably will hit his glass ceiling at Northwestern soon....and some SEC team will come looking.

He's not going anywhere. He was at the top of the list of realistic candidates for the nd job and wouldn't even interview. Plus, he'd be a horrible fit in the sec.

IMO I don't don't see why Fitzgerald would want to move. He could be the coach at NW until he retires. As long as he fields a competitive team he is pretty much golden. I bet DickRod wishes that he had hung up the phone when scum called him. You don't fuck over your home.
