Company I work for decided that they needed to implement our corporate culture. They brought in an organization called CultureWise to assist with this.

Every week is a new trait of our culture that they push out via the CultureWise app. There are videos about that weeks trait and a story about the trait from our CEO along with a discussion board on it. It includes a kudos board and a leaderboard tracking your points based on involvement.

I always believed that corporate culture was organic in nature. I didn’t realize you could manufacture it. Makes me think that Masters in Management was a waste of money.

Good they could find ways to spend the profits from the last 2 years on this, as you know opposed to giving staff raises. By the way, the profits from the last 2 years were the highest ever and the raises were $0.

Just keeping working hard and someday the CEO will have that 4th vacation house they’ve always dreamed of!

Success creates a great organics culture. When a company is failing and they have to try to manufacture it you know it's time to jump ship.

I know this sounds petty, but goddammit can we get some kind of schedule for the garbage man. I am in a rural area so I can't take the trash out the night before (critters will get into it). It is also pretty damn far from the house to the end of the driveway. I mean, even the cable guy narrow it down to a 4 hour window. These guys could show up anywhere from 900 am to 700 pm.
