People to Punch, Pet Peeves, and General Vexations (mega-merge)

I really don't see the guy going insurance fraud, I don't know what the prices are like up in VT but he would also have to rely on someone elses word and methods to ferment the hay. Not always something you can trust unless you are willing to pay a premium (which the insurance won't).

edit; and you can't say "oh he had the extra, he didn't, if it was extra and he was commiting fraud he damn sure wouldn't have give the news interview. Why draw attention if you are commiting a crime.

Waiting for a parking spot at the grocery store and a fat old woman is loading her groceries into her car in the next space and her cart is positioned in a way that I have to wait for her to finish in order to pull in. She finally finishes and instead of taking her cart to the corral which is 3 spots away she leaves it in the middle of the space that I'm waiting for. She even knows I'm waiting and still did it. I wanted to pull forward to block her exit and tell her I'm not moving until she takes her cart to the corral but nowadays that would probably be considered kidnapping.
