Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

Oh there was a thread. It was masked with a "clever" title (not really clever at all). The main focus was on how much of a piece of [Mark May] Urban was for challenging the spot on a 4th down that reversed the call and gave OSU the ball.

They'll never forget that. We're all scared of the retaliation.

We'd better not piss them off too bad. Pull another stunt like that, and they'll turn around and win a conference title this decade to put us in our place.

In case it hasn't dawned on many of you, the necks over on BWI tend to run a little red. If Jimmy doesn't take them to the promised land, it might get really ugly, really fast. It'll be interesting to see who turns on their black coach the quickest and the ugliest, aggy or ped aggy. The underlying similarities between those two schools is really creepy.

I suppose the same excuse they had when they hung 81 on Cincinnati in the early 90s.
I like how they took the last minute play action TD against Rutgers while already being up by a decent amount, and turned it against McQueary in defense of Joesus*. If they weren't so scary, you'd almost have to admire their creativity.

* - Some game in the recent past when McQueary was a second string QB they were up big on Rutgers and just running the clock out. McQueary calls a play fake and throws a bomb to the endzone that connects. The story before the Sandusky shit broke was that Joe was just getting his second string QB meaningful reps and it wasn't running up the score....because we all know St Joe would never do that. After the Sandusky shit broke it was determined that McQueary was a gambler and he was in deep with the wrong people. The TD was his way of making sure they covered the spread. This proves Joesus was innocent because McQueary is obviously now lying about what he saw in the showers to get money to pay his gambling debts. It just makes sense.

Was that the game Joesus ran down the other team's coach to yell at him about his handshake after the game? Maybe the other coach (Rutgers?) said something about being a [Mark May] for running up the score? I'll find it on Youtube later, if I remember.

Edit: I don't care about running up the score. If that's what Joesus does, then that's what he does. If that's what Urban does, then try to stop him. But whining about it afterward is only going to make me laugh at you.

Yep. He went out for the handshake and was disgusted that the coach who he just embarrassed wasn't bowing at the altar. Like it's such a privilege to just play against the man that you have no right to complain about a play fake TD bomb.
