If only that were true, cultist. Your sorry asses would have been banned from college football for fucking eternity.
OH and then there's this:

JayPed wanted to be a head coach somewhere else, but didn't get any interviews, so they blamed the NCAA and not the fact that he's entirely unqualified to be a coach at any level, but certainly the HC at any major or minor university.
For all of you " just want the truth to come out"........Reply
This is your watershed moment. V6 lawyers have asked for the most damning evidence against PSU. This is the stuff that PSU has fought so hard against and IMHO, the reason why PSU has settled with 26 other victims (in case you forgot, those kids were victims). My gut tells me that the plaintiff in this civil lawsuit will likely be successful in having the court order that psu produce the documents. I would guess that there will be some type of protective order precluding disclosure to the public but even then, psu will be in a difficult position.
It appears this particular plaintiff wants to use the process to benefit his client (and his own pocket) to get from PSU a settlement much higher than deserved for the particular facts of his case but because PSU knows so much more than we do (that "truth" thing so many of you want so badly) - I predict V6 silently goes away much like the other 26.
Moral of the story - we are in a much better position today compared to if we would have put up a fight with everybody like so many of you wanted and still want. It was and still is no time to be macho. There are a set of really bad facts out there - from the retirement, the '98 stuff, the warning signs, MM, Joes involvement, Spaniers decision, etc, --- that painted an unwinnable situation. Once again, I'm proud of our university for handling the crisis the way it did and it is unbelievable that we are in the position, as a university, that we are in today. If you don't think so, wait until "the truth" comes out which will be revealed by the documents v6 is trying to get but probably won't because a deal will be cut before that happens. You don't sign a consent decree and pay millions upon millions of dollars in settlements with 26 victims if everyone has it all wrong.
Second comment down = one person that gets it. The rest of the comments = full cult retard mode. All of the reasonable posters have been run off that site by Tom McAndrew and his minions.

Lol - No shit!Reply
LOL - No shit we think there is a reason that the university wanted all investigations over and past at ALL COST.
THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT WE'VE BEEN SAYING! There are some serious skeletons in some closets up there.
But the difference between you and us is that you only "care about the kids" {cough cough yeah right} when there is a position that you think you can take against Joe. Whereas we put the kids above EVERYTHING. Getting to the truth -- if we ever get there -- is probably going to help and/or save more kids. If that happens to put another black eye on our university, so be it.
You would rather have those skeletons remain hidden because, even though revealing them would likely help/save more kids, they may show that Joe was not the one hiding anything up there.
It's frankly flat-out disgusting that you would put your hatred of Joe ahead of the well-being of the kids. Disgusting.
