Cliff Notes version: the Judge tossed out a bunch of the claims made by Plaintiffs on (mostly) technical grounds, but gave the Plaintiffs 30 days to amend their complaint to have the tossed claims reinstated.

James Franklin would likely take Penn State job if offered

Vanderbilt coach James Franklin would be inclined to take the head coaching position at Penn State if offered, a person familiar with his thinking told USA TODAY Sports. The person spoke on the condition of anonymity because matter is supposed to be private.
It's unclear whether Franklin has a formal offer to replace Bill O'Brien, who left Penn State after two seasons for the NFL's Houston Texans, but the person said Franklin has been led to believe he's the top choice.....

The cult is convinced that the more that comes to light the more Paterno will look like a saint. They are in denial still and would find reasons(and I use the word lightly here) to disbelieve any evidence discovered. It should make for more great reading of BWI.

I waded through a couple threads today. They seriously don't even entertain the idea of digging into Paterno's past might bring up some negatives. It's like they want to run across a 10 lane highway and not a single one of them can comprehend the fact that they'll probably get hit by a car. Maybe not.....but more than likely, yes.



I use that example because that's just what I really want all of them to try.

Roman is just the proxy. Here's the big news. Penn State has turned down Urban Meyer and Nick Saban, both of whom have been begging for an interview at what both have called their dream job. Saban offered to pay Penn State, if hired.

Neither of them realized that they were up against Harbaugh, who only has connections with TSUN because Joe Pa didn't have room for him.

Expect an announcement today...Roman is Harbaugh.
