Are they like cicadas everywhere else? (minus the whole 13 year thing or however long it takes them to re-surface) If so, I don't blame him for hating it!

Why did Urban Meyer retire from coaching?

The dynamic between Florida and Alabama and Urban and Nick Saban is a point of interest to me. What do you think? Does the Saban Meyer dynamic remind you of the Meyer O'Brien matchup at all?

I think Nick Saban is more of an NFL trained coach. He is directly from the Belichick coaching tree which makes him better than a life long college guy. Nick was starting to pound the snot out of Urban at Florida. Is it my imagination or did Urban become ill and use it as an excuse to run from the competition with Nick Saban?

Urban said he was distressed physically and emotionally. He walked away from a school he "loved". Spent a year in the announcer's booth supposedly to spend more time with his family and concentrate on his quality of life. Boom..magically he's healthy and ready to go against the coaching in the B1G which has a decidedly college flavor.....then...whoops another Belichick protege pops onto his radar.

How long til Urban hightails it off to the ACC? lol

Yes, after 5 games in which his biggest win is against a team that lost at home to Iowa State and Central Michigan...Babyface O'Billiken is the new Nick Saban.

They're like crickets. The issue is, Hawaii has no natural predators for Coquis......so they went everywhere.

Seriously, people from Puerto Rico have CDs of the coqui chirp to help them go to sleep.

That's crazy. I remember the one time I had to cut my aunt's acre and a half in Youngstown, I ran over about 35 small toads... It was a blood bath. I was like 12, so it was the coolest fucking thing I had ever done! :lol:
