Is there a way that this game might get moved from a 6pm kickoff to a noon kickoff? The more I read from these mutants the more I seriously have concern for our players and fans safety.
I'd like to believe that by the 27th they will be neck deep in reality and it might subdue them...I seriously doubt however that they will be reserved when the Buckeyes come to town.

They we be worked up to a frenzy. We know something bad will happen with this bunch. People will get hurt.

anybody interested in setting some stuff up at flamingpaterno.com?

Are you the owner? What did you have in mind? How about an over the top version of FramingPaterno.com full of FACTS! The parody trolls could keep inadvertently posting links to EVIDENTS posted on this site believing that they found the TRUTH.

So now they are trying to say that Emmert extorted $60MM from PSU, and that he should be investigated to see if he will benefit from the fine.

Apparently their comprehension of anything not posted on aurabasses tinfoil site is completely lacking since it was clearly stated that the $60MM would go into a trust to fund programs aimed at eliminating child abuse.

When the NCAA has to retract the actions will Emmert be criminally charged? Reply
1) It is clear that he extorted $60 million outside of his organization's published procedural requirements.
a) Is there any oversight on this money?
b) Has Emmert personally and financially benefitted from extorting this large sum of money?

2) It may well be proven in a court of law that Emmert colluded with Freeh on a bi-weekly bias as the Freeh report was fabricated.
a) It may well be proven in a court of law that Freeh doctored evidence in this report to support an ongoing cover up of crimes
b) It may well be proven in a court of law that Freeh misrepresented additional evidence in this report to support and ongoing cover up of crimes.

There are enough organizations and individuals now with significant legal interest to bring a strong case against Freeh, Emmert, and the NCAA. With this I wonder if in the end Freeh and Emmert aren't both facing criminal charges. Also, will the NCAA itself be sued for damages that exceed this $60 million figure? Does the NCAA face possible legal repercussions that force it to act on other cases pending or possibly dissolve it's power to enforce?
:roll1:

At least there are some sane people trying to interject some sense on those board.

You state that it may well be proven in a court of law that Emmert colluded with Freeh on a bi-weekly bias as the Freeh report was fabricated, that Feeh doctored evidence to support an ongoing coverup, and that Freeh misrepresented additional evidence. Please do tell how any of this would be proven in a court of law. Courts of law require their proof to come in the form of admissible evidence. LSD-induced Internet conspiracy theories do not cut it there.

Love that last line.

You do know it is going to the "Mark Emmert Trust to end Child Abuse"?

Floating a script for a potential "Saturdays With Joe," sitcom based on life on a mythical college campus in rural Pennsylvania

"Coach, I just got off the phone with the BoT and Cocker Spaniel. You have to fire Jerry."

"Fire my DC? Are they crazy, why would I want to fire my DC?"

"You don't want to know. Just fire him."

"OK, if that's the case, I'll fire him. I mean he's only been on my staff like forever. We raised our kids together, had 'em over for dinner, and now I got to fire him. This better be a very damn good reason that I don't want to know."

"My lips are hermetically sealed, Coach, but believe me, you don't want to know."

"OK, but can I let him hang around the place? Can he use the facilities and get some sideline passes? I mean the guy put in a lot of years here."

Is this the sort of script the tinfoil hat brigade expects to DISCOVER, when they find the FACTS?
