Schultz GJ testimony was that he thought that it was just JS being JS --Replythat JS's way of "horsing around" might be to grab somebody else's balls, as though JS was a 9-year-old messing around with another 9-year-old. IMO, it was basically the stereotypical "old boys club" "boys will be boys" reaction that is used to minimize so much evil and perversity (not necessarily or even mainly sexual -- e.g., racism, fraud & cheating by banksters) habitually engaged in by members of the "club." I don't think that the Three Stooges were "covering up" for the sake of the insitution in the same way that so many in the Catholic hierarchy covered up for priestly pedophiles. They were just "covering up" for a long-time member of the club (i.e., treating him "humantely" and screw anybody whom he harms who is outside the club).
TOM PAINE: "Personal property is the effect of society; and it is as impossible for an individual to acquire personal property without the aid of society, as it is for him to make land originally . . . . All accumulation, therefore, of personal property, beyond what a man's own hands produce, is derived to him by living in society; and he owes on every principle of justice, of gratitude, and of civilisation, a part of that accumulation back again to society from whence the whole came." ...............................................................................................................................................................................................................BEN FRANKLIN to Robert Morris: "All Property seems to me to be the Creature of public Convention. Hence the Public has the Right of Regulating Descents, and all other Conveyances of Property, and even of limiting the Quantity and the Uses of it. All the Property that is necessary to a Man, for the Conservation of the Individual and the Propagation of the Species, is his natural Right, which none can justly deprive him of: But all Property superfluous to such purposes is the Property of the Publick, who, by their Laws, have created it, and who may therefore by other Laws dispose of it, whenever the Welfare of the Publick shall demand such Disposition. He that does not like civil Society on these Terms, let him retire and live among Savages." ............................................................................................................................................................................................................JEFFERSON to Madison: "Another means of silently lessening the inequality of property is to exempt all from taxation below a certain point, and to tax the higher portions of property in geometrical progression as they rise." ............................................................................................................................................................................................................HAMILTON: "There are some, who maintain, that trade will regulate itself, and is not to be benefitted by the encouragements, or restraints of government. Such persons will imagine, that there is no need of a common directing power. This is one of those wild speculative paradoxes, which have grown into credit among us, contrary to the uniform practice and sense of the most enlightened nations."

Grabbing someone else's balls has never been within any fashion of "horsing around" with another guy that I can imagine. Never in a million years.

No? How about grown men showering with young kids? That too was accepted as perfectly normal in Happy Valley. It's just "horseplay" after all.

The level of depravity of these people is so perverse it's horrifying. Things that anyone else in the country knows to be twisted and wrong is perfectly acceptable at PSU...

BIG TIME PICKUP!

http://blog.pennlive.com/patriotnewssports/2012/08/penn_state_football_jared_fagn.html

Players have transferred out of the Penn State program since NCAA sanctions came down on the Nittany Lions back in July, but now, one is transferring in.

Jared Fagnano, brother of Penn State secondary member Jake, is transferring into the program after spending a year at Akron (Ohio.). Onward State first reported the news Friday morning.

There seems to be no Rivals or Scout profile for Jared, but he must be big time if Akron recruited him
