IgnoreQuestion for the Colorado residents...ReplyI am considering moving to fort Collins when I am allowed to live off base and commute from there to fe warren for work everyday, which is about a 40 minute drive. Every time I go to fort Collins or denver I have a blast, and fort Collins may be the most beautiful city I've ever been too! Also, I have been to probably all the big cities in Colorado, except Boulder. I also hear this is a very nice city to visit, which I plan on doing in the near future as well. Would it be worth it to move to ft Collins? I also must say that Colorado is the best state I have ever been too, and I wouldn't mind living there for the rest of my life.

Ugh. There goes the neighborhood.

FYI, be afraid. This [censored]ing State Penn nut will have his finger on the button to some extent, as Warren AFB houses/maintains a [Mark May] ton of Minuteman missles.

:(

[edit]The second part is facetious, as I realize any person working at the AFB can't just launch nukes. Right? :paranoid:

Penn State pays legal bills for accused ex-officials, but not McQueary

While Penn State continues to pay the legal expenses of former university officials Gary Shultz and Tim Curley, it is not footing the bills for a key witness against Jerry Sandusky at his child sex abuse trial, Mike McQueary, NBC News has learned.

Schultz, a former senior vice president at Penn State, and Curley, the former athletic coordinator, are accused of lying to a grand jury about what they knew of sex abuse allegations against Sandusky. Their case faced its first test in court on Thursday, when defense lawyers argued that the charges should be dismissed.

.../snip/...

A Penn State spokesman cited university bylaws in explaining why the legal bills of both Curley and Schultz are being covered. ?(Employees)shall be entitled as of right to be indemnified by the University against expenses (including counsel fees) and any liability (including judgments, fines, penalties, excise taxes and amounts paid in settlement),? they read.

But Penn State is not obligated to pay legal fees for McQueary, and has not done so, the spokesman said.

Oh for fuck's sake, Moxie.

"I'm definitely excited," said McGloin, who's completed 54 percent of his career passes, with 22 TDs and 14 interceptions. "I don't think we're too far apart, Tom Brady and myself. But sure, we've watched him a lot over the spring and summer. I mean, who better to try and learn from than him? Hopefully, we'll have some type of success like they did. But you can't expect to go out and be the same as the New England Patriots.

He meant it as a joke in the press conference as he and everyone else laughed when he said it. As much as I can't stand the overly confident pick-6 machine, this was taken totally out of context.

Stay out of this, voice of reason.

Is there a way that this game might get moved from a 6pm kickoff to a noon kickoff? The more I read from these mutants the more I seriously have concern for our players and fans safety.
I'd like to believe that by the 27th they will be neck deep in reality and it might subdue them...I seriously doubt however that they will be reserved when the Buckeyes come to town.
