Well, Bo wrestled Isaac better than he has all year and really went hard, just came up short. No shame at all there, proud of his effort. And Myles Martin is on FIRE. If he wrestles like that in finals, he will beat Nickal. Should be a great match.

Snyder flat out dominated Walz and Gwiz just barely squeaked past Coon (should've got hit with a point for stalling at the end). It is apparent that Snyder is in better shape than Gwiz and anything can happen in finals, but I like Snyder for sure. I have a case of beer riding on him winning it, so he better haha. But seriously, this has to be the most anticipated heavyweight finals in NCAA history. These are not guys that push and pull hoping to win last second on an escape point. These guys are both extremely athletic and quick wrestlers with low attacks that you don't see at the weight class. Finals will be a treat.

Gwiz sounded like a guy with all the pressure on him in the post match interviews. Kyle sounded like he was relaxed and looking forward to the match and like he knows something about Gwiz that gives him confidence. I think Kyle wins a 5-4 type match

Absolutely and Gwiz looks fairly taxed after his matches. Snyder has an unreal gas tank and just attacks relentlessly until the other guy can't follow...I think he is going to have to be in that same attack mode and he wins. I think Gwiz will take him down once because Snyder can leave himself open to counter attacks with his style but my prediction is 6-4 Snyder.

Unless they have a marquee match such as Dake v Taylor or Logan going for #4 they typically start at 125. I don't see any change to that this year

And I would think that the marquee match is at heavyweight anyways (arguably Nolf vs. Martinez but everyone has already seen that twice). As an update, both Bo and Tomasello came back to take 3rd, which puts us in 5th overall. We are 3 points behind Iowa and 4 points behind VT. Someone correct me if I am wrong but I believe if Snyder and Martin win, we could pass both and end up 3rd. VT doesn't have anyone in the finals and Iowa has 3 but could easily drop all 3 (Gilman vs. Megaludis, Clark vs. Garrett and Sorensen vs. Retherford). I know it is a long shot but hey, here is to hoping. More importantly, I just want to see the individual victories for both of our guys though.

Martin in a fraction of a second went from losing to a 6 point move that turned the entire match. A great move. Great job after having that weak stall warning against him early.
