Ohio State Women's Basketball (2023-24 B1G CHAMPS)

Whata game! Watched intently, and when looked at score, was surprised to see how the Lady Bucks had closed the score. Sneaky. Liked it that scoring was spread out pretty evenly, very nice that opponents can't focus on one dudette. Iowa will present difficulties, having two 1st team B10ers..... please, please have different announcers...those two females were more interested in adding 'color' than actually announcing what was going on. Ranting incessently about past glories didn't add anything for me, and most of my yelling was directed toward them to 'report the game'. Anyway, glad to see Jacy's magic show out, and looking forward to today's game. Not sure how the girls slept last night, given such a huge win, I'd have been jumping around all night. Go Bucks!
Commentary from most girls games is generally awful. Have to sometimes mute it and just watch

I can't even lie. I think Clark is the best all around player in college basketball.

You just can't let her help her teammates go oh on you because she won't be stopped.

Monika Czinano killed the Bucks inside, making 11 of 13 shots. Need to slow her down like they did Holmes yesterday.

Gabbie Marshall had the game of her life last night, making 7 of 13 threes. Hopefully, she'll come back to earth today.

It's probably going to feel like a road game. Seems a lot of folks made the relatively short trip from Iowa to Minnesota.

Yeah they scored in the 90s because of all that. Bucks cannot let that happen today. Have to keep them to about 70 to win it. Clark just isn't going to make mistakes so hopefully we can shake the others

ok got the laptop now. Woosah

On another note Aaliyah Boston is really good but if the refs ever called her on the cross body blocks, moving screens and player control fouls she should be called on, people would barely know her name because she'd be constantly on the bench. Our lack of bigs though would be awful against her and the refs would 100% hate us in that game.

Now, first things first, here we go!

One team is shooting over 80% while the other is under 25%. It's not often the team with 6 more shots is down by 17.

Bucks don't seem to have their legs after expending so much energy coming back yesterday.

We missed at least 4 shots inside 5 feet early on and it set the tone for both teams. Making those shots would have been about a 12-3 lead early and the confidence for both probably changes a little. Missing everything on the Earth let them relax and then they couldn't miss again. The focus has to be 100% all of the time against Iowa
