Ohio State Women's Basketball (2023-24 B1G CHAMPS)

WTF was that call? These refs and their charging calls. Good lord.
The so-called charge on Harris with 1:03 left? That blonde Hoosier was clearly inside the arc, should hsve been an And-1.

Why wasn’t it reviewed in the last 2 minutes? There was a delay to wipe the floor.

Great comeback win over the #2 team in the country!

Expecting Jacy to play 40 minutes right away is not realistic, especially on back to back games. Get ready to be mad again tomorrow.

For now, enjoy the win!
I didnt expect 40 but she isnt on limited minutes and only played 6 in the first half. 6. That isn't getting it done from the coaching standpoint.

Half is 20 and strategically, 5 minutes at a time, would be more than realistic. The girl never even breathes hard so as long as that ankle isnt sore, I let her play. If you don't and go home, lots of questions to answer.

Special shout out to Thierry with another double double and Ricki Harris for all the intangibles.

But, player of the game for me, Cotie McMahon for shutting down Holmes. That front Defense had Holmes so flustered she couldn't do anything. She gave up some offense for today to make that happen and we wouldn't have won without it no doubt.

McGuff struck gold putting Cotie on Holmes and fronting her. I was afraid Cotie would get in foul trouble but the opposite happened.

Now hope Iowa and Maryland go four overtimes.

I think McGuff's primary focus is the next tournament. If taking care of Jacy in this one has her fresh for the big one, I think he'd take it.

Turns out he's got a shot at both. Dude seems like a good hoops coach to me. I have questions about the other one.

I can accept that too. You can just see a completely different team with Jacy on the court. I've been waiting on this team all season since that last heart breaker last year. I might be too invested in it but there's no turning back now.

Whata game! Watched intently, and when looked at score, was surprised to see how the Lady Bucks had closed the score. Sneaky. Liked it that scoring was spread out pretty evenly, very nice that opponents can't focus on one dudette. Iowa will present difficulties, having two 1st team B10ers..... please, please have different announcers...those two females were more interested in adding 'color' than actually announcing what was going on. Ranting incessently about past glories didn't add anything for me, and most of my yelling was directed toward them to 'report the game'. Anyway, glad to see Jacy's magic show out, and looking forward to today's game. Not sure how the girls slept last night, given such a huge win, I'd have been jumping around all night. Go Bucks!
