The VaTech parallels that some have mentioned are intriguing. We needed that loss to be a solid team, the Pollyanna in me will hope this loss causes a similar spark.

Yea I don't see it. VT somehow surprised urban with a bear defense. Oklahoma surprised urban with...a good QB.

Singing the alma mater is something the team does if the band is there win or lose. Absolutely no comparison with Mayfield's pathetic WWE act.

Sure the questions can be as loud as the media wants. What bothers me is that a happy time Gif like this might become the offensive mantra. Can we get one that implies that I'm pretty disgusted but I want to follow the rules? Maybe like this?

God, NFB, I get it. But who do we have on the bench who is better? You and the fan boys liking your post need to answer that, then ask yourself WTF it would do to keep Oklahoma to something less than 490 yards of offense?

Is JT flawed? FUCK YEAH! I'm not oblivious to that. But I'm also not going to lazily throw this debacle all on his back. Defense sucked. Receivers did nothing. It's easy to say put in the next QB, but there's no reason to assume he's better and the other problems go away if he comes in.

Wanna replace JT, have at it. Just don't be surprised if the other problems still persist, and maybe - just maybe - you end up with a few more.

I can't argue any of that. But, you know what you have with Barrett, and in most games that count, it is not good. With what we've seen from JT, we are not winning a National Title. We need a lot of work in a lot of areas to even hope to win the B1G. If that's the case, why not give Haskins a shot? He has the recruiting accolades, and the coaches have raved about him. Maybe he falls on his face, yeah. But we're we going anywhere with the current configuration? But, maybe he gives you a spark. He'll, he can't me much worse than what JT has done in three of the last four games.

Hell, I don't know. There's a reason guys a lot smarter than me earn a lot more than me to make these decisions. Anyway, that's the last I'm saying about it tonight. Buenos Noches.
