Is Bollman any worse than Stud?
I'm not sure how that helps your argument? Bollman was with Tress for 9 years. Stud is midway through year two. Meyer has shown a history of bouncing coaches that underperform; see: Whithers, Beck, Warriner. Time will tell if that continues this winter with Stud, Davis, etc...if it doesn't, I'll start questioning further.

Actually I think Ed Warinner was a pretty good OL coach. He was a victim of "The Peter Principle", he just sucked as an OC.

The Peter Principle is a concept in management developed by Laurence J. Peter, which observes that people in a hierarchy tend to rise to their "level of incompetence". In other words, an employee is promoted based on their success in previous jobs until they reach a level at which they are no longer competent, as skills in one job do not necessarily translate to another.
