Everyone damn well knows that 2006 game was a buzz saw though. They were the heavy under dog and went against a team that had heard how great they were for 2 months.

With Meyer you win more games as the actual facts point out.

I prefer to win more and lose less.

When Meyer had that killer instinct and was an innovator. Now that the game has adapted he is falling behind and being outcoached (much like Tressel) The difference between Meyer and Saban is Saban got rid of coaches for far less. Saban adapted to the game and has probably the most dangerous offense in the country. Meyer has regressed since 2014/15 and the defense has never been consistent.

A lot of Ohio State fans deluded themselves into thinking 10-2 would get us in last year. I was not one of them. We were toast after the Iowa game. It's only one loss but we're toast now, and thank fuck for that. I'd rather win the Rose Bowl than get ass-raped in a playoff game, so let's just try to win the B1G.

I get what you're saying, and I think Meyer is more prone to boom/bust because of his desired style, but I think you'd consistently have more losses under Tressel even if it was a bit more consistent.

The only reason that the ave. YPC went up is that Weber had a couple 10 yard (or so) carries at the end of the game when we were basically running out the clock.

The offensive coaches should be totally embarrased by this trend.
