I'm a lot more confident about this game having seen the way Hooker and the rest of the new guys in the secondary have stepped up and flat out balled. If they can maintain that degree of intensity and execution against OU, I'm pretty confident in a win. If the steeper competition and hostile environment get to them, it could turn bad.

That and I'm pretty confident Oklahoma's OL is not going to be able to stop our pass rush after seeing what Houston did to them.

They are going to need quick hitters to move the ball.

Defensive backs need to given man coverage a ton in this game so we can commit more to stop the run. Even if Mayfield goes for 250 yards OU will not win unless they go for around that rushing wise.

Gear up, stop the run and take your chances playing man with a superior defensive backfield

I think the key thing for the Buckeyes will be scoring more points than Oklahoma. Do that, and I guarantee an Ohio State win.

My concern is based off the turnovers the safeties (Hooker) have been able to produce, we forget the basics on defense. Malik is very good at reading the quarterback's eyes but if he does that regularly an experinced QB could make us pay by looking him off and then going back to the area Malik just vacated. If we can stop the run we win. If we don't it may be a long night....

JT might run 30 times in this game considering Urban's play calling tendencies in tight games and how much Okie has struggled to contain running QB's in recent years
