Dorsey made a mistake to wake GO up like that, but he's pretty much a seventh option on O. The squadooch he laid on the scoreboard hurt us a lot less than his stupid fouls and three boards.

All that said, we were in it right til the end.

You guys played a great game. Good luck in the final four.

Tennessee was a better team than Memphis. All indications show this...including their head-to-head. I'm glad we got challenged by a really talented team like Tennessee (and Xavier, in a different fashion). I'm glad to beat Memphis, but I don't feel like they prepare us as much for the Final Four as Tennessee did.

Ron Lewis is the regional MVP, because if he was still playing like he did in January, we wouldn't have gotten out of the regional. He stepped up his game right when we needed it.

Nice big shots and plays by Butler and Cook to extend the lead...and I hope that everyone is playing with lots of confidence when we get to Atlanta.

Good call by Raftery with a minute left with the "2-seed beating a 1". Might want to check on that, mate.

And for anyone who claims tibs isn't a fan,you ought to go back and read the intelligent and insightful comments he has made in this thread.

WHOOOOO HOOOOO!!! FINAL FOUR, BABY!

it has been a wonderful treat to watch these kids mature and blossom and grow this season. regardless of what happens next weekend (and i don't think it ends next Saturday) remember to CHERISH THIS MOMENT.

I have no idea what that word means, but I intend to incorporate it into my everyday vocabulary. :lol:
